About Us

Owner Michael Simms has been a collector off and on since he was about seven years old. He has been in the sports card business since 1995.

Michael had been looking for an adequate space for a retail shop for some time. Eventually, he chose his current location, 1316 BelAir Road BelAir, MD (1.6 miles south of the Harford Mall and across from Hinder Lincoln Mercury) and opened the doors for business on March 1, 2000.

Simms' Sports Cards is a full service store that specializes in autographed insert cards, rookie cards, jersey and bat insert pieces and singles for set or team builders. We also carry a wide range of supplies and Hobby (wax) box products for Baseball, football, Basketball, Hockey and Racing. Email or call us we are glad to help.

In November 2001, we went on-line with simmssportscards.com. The e-commerce division of the store will allow us to serve an expanded customer base via the Internet.
